As a homeschool mom and remote homeschool teacher of faith, I am always on the lookout for shows and music that glorify YAH to use as educational aids for my students and children. I’d love to share some of my favorite resources with you, hoping they’ll be as helpful in your homeschool journey as they have been in mine. Even if you don’t homeschool, these are wonderful resources to have for your little ones.
First up is Kids Of The Kingdom Christian Music. Their music is uplifting and faith-centered, yet they don’t seem to have the following they deserve. Hopefully, this post will help spread the word about their wonderful work.

Next, I use a curriculum from ACE PACE Ministries. My sister and I used this curriculum when we attended private school, and now I use it for my girls. It’s fantastic because it’s faith-based and allows you to go at your own pace. We don’t celebrate traditional holidays like Christmas, Easter, Halloween, or Valentine’s Day; instead, we observe Holy Days such as Passover, Tabernacles, and Pentecost. When the curriculum reaches those points, I supplement it with my own materials to fit our beliefs.
I’ve also incorporated a few books from Abeka into our studies. While I prefer ACE PACE slightly more, Abeka offers great resources too.

Recently, I had the opportunity to use BJU (Bob Jones University) Press curriculum, thanks to a parent I work with. BJU also provides excellent materials, including videos and DVDs, to assist in teaching.
In addition to these curriculums, I’ve created my own lessons, also incorporating free online resources blending various materials to tailor the education to our needs.
If you’re interested in exploring any of these resources, the links are live—please check them out! Additionally, there are several YouTube channels that review these curriculums, which can provide further insight.
I am a remote homeschool teacher, certified ESL teacher, virtual tutor, and

literacy coach. If you’d like to learn more about my services, please visit The Mandated Reporter’s School website. I strive to make quality faith-based private education accessible to all families, with affordable rates.
